OxyFire Sensors are perfect for refinery and petrochemical companies

OxyFire Sensors for Refineries & Petrochemical Companies:

With the harsh atmosphere typical of the Incinerators and Process Heaters, a silicon carbide sheath is recommended for higher temperature applications. Installed in the combustion zone or radiant section, the sensors can be tied into instruments that will send a 4-20mA signal to the existing combustion control system.

Marathon Sensors Inc. offers the refinery and petrochemical industries the opportunity to optimize their combustion system, enhance process control, and minimize emissions.

Proven applications include:

  • Process heaters
  • Incinerators
  • Cracking Furnaces
  • Boilers
Oxygen Sensors: Oxyfire High-Temperature Series, LOROX Low-Range Temperature Series

LOROX Sensors:Great when the measurement of excess oxygen levels in the "hot zone" is not possible because of mechanical, chemical or design circumstances. Capable of fast response time, the LOROX can be placed in the stack or flue gas ducts where temperatures are below 1200°F, without sacrificing the accuracy necessary for control of the combustion process. Designed as a direct replacement for other in-situ zirconia sensors, the LOROX can be installed and maintained with minimal effort.

Instruments: VersaPro - Oxygen Setpoint Controller/Monitor
